We want you to be completely satisfied with your Yon-Ka Paris skincare experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return new or gently used products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
